第二次青藏科考是國家戰略任務，科考啟動以來，第二次青藏科考隊深入貫徹落實習近平總書記重要賀信和系列指示精神，在科考領導小組的領導和領導小組辦公室的統籌協調下，聚焦水、生態、人類活動等系統科學研究方向，錨定青藏高原資源環境、災害風險、綠色發展的關鍵問題，取得了一批重要成果，有力支撐了青藏高原生態文明高地建設和高質量發展，推動我國青藏高原研究逐漸走向世界舞臺中央并正在實現從并跑向領跑的轉變。
